We were recently commissioned to provide a set of conceptual & fully realised 3D renders of a new build house property in Kent. The client wanted to be able to visualise the house before building and confirm the design choices he made looked like he expected.
We took photographs of the existing property and aerial data as well as land relief data and set out to re-create the existing landscape in 3D. The house is on a steep slope that flattens around the property so we were able to re-create this as a full fledged virtual environment.
These visuals helped the Client to arrive at no less than 2 late design changes & avoided purchases, which we are sure out weigh the cost to produce these visuals – turning out to be a net cost gain to our Client.
Rear View. This is a 3D Visualisation we did recently for a new build detached dwelling property in Kent. We were asked to demonstrate the Flue at the back of the property along with the Juliet balcony and Flat roof extension.
Approach View. All the background trees were meticulously researched and matched to existing photographs.
