Building Information Modelling (BIM)
BIM is a kind of virtually constructed building that enables you to accurately test both the form and function of your conceptualized building and then take drawings, measurements and quantities from it. This is in contrast to the traditional approach of creating 2D drawings first. This has some key benefits such as the ability to move a wall or drastically change the shape of the building and have the drawings automatically update with it and is key for rapid iteration.
We have invested a lot of time into streamlining our 3D BIM modelling process and can offer this service at a highly competitive rate. We have built up an extensive library of reusable 3D components over the years, particularly kitchen components. This enables us to deliver results faster and is ultimately a cost saving for you.
We are also working with other architectural practices to integrate BIM with their current traditional workflow and can act as a provider of outsourced work at competitive rates.
